Job Description : BUSINESS SUNIT HEAD TANZANIA Drive overall profitability and P&L performance of the fleet business unit Lead fleet maintenance, workshop operations, and spares management Optimize fleet utilization, fuel efficiency, and operational costs Manage large teams comprising workshop personnel, drivers, supervisors, and technical staff Implement and monitor CCTV, GPS, and telematics-based fleet management systems Develop strategies for return-load optimization to minimize empty mileage Ensure operational excellence, safety, compliance, and continuous process improvement 10 - 15+ years of experience in fleet/transport operations with leadership responsibility Experience managing fleets of 100+ commercial vehicles Strong exposure to fleet P&L, workshop management, vehicle maintenance, and cost optimization Hands-on experience with telematics, GPS, CCTV monitoring, and fleet analytics Excellent leadership, commercial, and stakeholder management skill
