Job Description : AVP – Administration Location: Hyderabad Industry: Reputed Pharmaceutical Company CTC: Up to ?70 LPA VERCH Consulting is conducting an executive search for an experienced AVP – Administration to lead corporate and plant administration for a reputed pharmaceutical organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end administration across Corporate Office and manufacturing facilities. Manage facilities, infrastructure, transport, travel, guest houses, housekeeping, security, and canteen operations. Ensure statutory compliance, vendor management, contract administration, and government liaison. Drive cost optimization, operational excellence, and process improvements. Oversee space management, asset management, and workplace safety initiatives. Develop and implement administration policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks. Lead, mentor, and build high-performing administration teams. Preferred Profile ? Graduate/Postgraduate with an MBA preferred. ? 18–25 years of administration leadership experience in reputed Pharma, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing organizations. ? Strong exposure to corporate administration, plant administration, facilities management, statutory compliance, vendor management, and stakeholder management. ? Proven leadership, negotiation, and people management skills.
