Job Description : COO for a fast-growing Tier I auto components manufacturer backed by a leading global private equity investor. We are looking to connect with accomplished techno-commercial leaders who bring: ? 20–30 years of experience in the automotive, auto components, OEM, or allied manufacturing sectors ? Proven leadership of complex manufacturing operations across 6+ plants ? Deep expertise across manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and continuous improvement ? Prior P&L management experience ? At least 3 years' experience as a COO or VP Operations
