Job Description : Senior HR Director | GCC Retail Group | $1.5BN Revenue | 7 Brands | A leading GCC retail group with 7 established brands, $1.5BN in annual revenue, and 2,500 employees is seeking an exceptional Senior HR Director to lead the next phase of organisational growth and transformation. This is not a traditional HR leadership role. This is not for the 90% average who just survive. We are looking for a commercially minded executive who has successfully partnered with CEOs and family shareholders, built high-performing cultures, and led large, diverse workforces across the GCC. A real change agent, not just keywords and noise. The successful leader will demonstrate: Proven leadership within complex, multi-brand retail or consumer businesses. Deep experience operating within GCC family-owned organisations. A track record of scaling organisations through periods of rapid growth and transformation. Expertise leading multicultural workforces across multiple countries. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align people strategy to business performance.
