Job Description : Chief Strategy & Commercial Officer Exceptional opportunity with a European private equity-backed beverage and drinks group entering its next phase of growth and value creation. The role to be based either London, Dubai or Kuala Lumpur. We are seeking a commercially astute executive who can bridge strategy, revenue growth, category leadership, M&A integration, and go-to-market execution across multiple markets. This is not a traditional strategy role. The successful leader will shape corporate direction while driving commercial performance, portfolio optimisation, pricing, route-to-market effectiveness, and transformational growth initiatives. Ideally a A background in "BIG 4" Consulting within FMCG and GTM. I don't want a PowerPoint pusher with no execution. I need the 1% who can deliver away from slides!! Ideal backgrounds include FMCG, beverages, consumer goods, food, retail, or private equity environments where scale, complexity, and pace are non-negotiable.
