Job Description : PHARMA PROJECT FORMAULATION HEAD BASEL SWITZERLAND Open to International candidates with 20-25 years experience Novartis is looking for a Formulation Project Leader (Early Phase) to join their team in Basel ???????? This is a technical mandate for the formulation/biopharm community ???? Novartis is seeking someone to own integrated project plans linking formulation, control strategy, biopharmaceutic assessments and bridging — for small-molecule oral dosage forms, from early phase through to Phase 3. The day-to-day: ? In vitro/in silico/in vivo biopharm study design ? Amorphous drug product formulation & stability ? Predictive modeling, biorelevant testing, QbD mindset, advanced DoE designs, data science ? CMC dossier support, health authority responses Not a generalist role — Novartis wants someone who can speak fluently to dissolution, permeability and absorption science, and has genuine hands-on experience in small-molecule oral formulation development and manufacture within a GxP environment. PhD or equivalent experience valued. Basel, onsite.
