Job Description : Group COO – Plastic & Moulding + Aluminum Die Casting GERMANY/POLAND *Location*: Multi-plant role ; Open to International candidates 25 years | *Min 5 years as COO/VP-Operations* *Qualification*: B.Tech – Mechanical/Production/Plastics/Metallurgy Full P&L + ops for plastic & aluminum divisions. *1. Plastics*: Helmets, Visors, Fenders, Mudguards, Tail Panels, Side Panels – Injection/Blow Moulding, EPS *2. Aluminum*: Pressure Die Casting products – Auto components, housings, brackets 1. *P&L Leadership*: Own ?500Cr+ top-line & bottom-line across all plants 2. *Plant Operations*: Drive production for 2-wheeler body parts, helmets, aluminum PDC 3. *OEM Management*: Handle Hero, Honda, Bajaj, TVS etc. PPAP, BIS/ISI/ECE, IATF audits 4. *Systems*: ERP, Lean, 6-Sigma, IATF 16949, BIS compliance, EHS 5. *Tooling & NPD*: In-house mould + PDC die development, DFM, new launches 6. *Team*: Lead 1000+ team across moulding, casting, assembly - *Plastics*: Helmets, visors, fenders, mudguards, tail panels – injection/blow moulding - *Helmet Standards*: EPS moulding, visor coating, BIS/ECE/DOT testing - *Aluminum PDC*: High pressure die casting + machining for auto parts
