Job Description : Operations Manager – Beverage Manufacturing & Plant Operations ???? Location: Central Africa We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing and plant operations within the beverage industry. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in carbonated soft drinks (CSD), bottled water production, quality management, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: ? Lead overall manufacturing and plant operations ? Drive production planning, efficiency, and productivity ? Manage CSD and bottled water manufacturing processes ? Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 & FSSC 22000 standards ? Oversee maintenance, utilities, and engineering coordination ? Optimize inventory, warehouse, and supply chain operations ? Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, OEE, and continuous improvement initiatives ? Promote workplace safety and environmental compliance ? Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams Preferred Experience: ?? 10–15+ years in beverage manufacturing and plant operations ?? Strong expertise in CSD and bottled water production ?? Proven leadership in managing large-scale manufacturing facilities ?? Experience with quality systems, food safety standards, and operational excellence
