FINANCE MANAGER

Job Description : Finance Manager for a regional FMCG / Food & Beverage business in Nigeria. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong experience in accounting, budgeting, tax compliance, financial reporting, cash flow, inventory control, audits, SAP and team supervision. ???? Application Deadline: 06 July 2026 Key Responsibilities • Manage daily accounting, budgeting and financial reporting • Control costs, cash flow, inventory and operational expenses • Handle tax filings, bank transactions and statutory compliance • Support audits, financial analysis and market investment planning • Coordinate with banks, tax authorities and internal stakeholders • Lead and supervise a small finance team Candidate Profile • Chartered Accountant qualification is required • Minimum 10 years’ finance experience in large FMCG companies • Strong knowledge of accounting, budgeting, tax and reporting • Proficiency in SAP and Advanced Excel • Nigeria experience preferred • Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills Compensation Structure • Fixed Basic Salary: USD 2,800 per month • KPI Incentive: Up to USD 700 per month • Salary payable quarterly • KPI incentive assessed quarterly after probation
