Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end maintenance operations for Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM). Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities. Ensure maximum equipment availability, reliability, and fleet productivity. Manage maintenance teams, workshops, spare parts, and maintenance budgets. Monitor equipment performance and implement reliability improvement initiatives. Coordinate with mining operations to minimize downtime and optimize equipment utilization. Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and maintenance best practices. Preferred Industry: Mining / Copper Mining / Iron Ore / Coal Mining / Quarry / Heavy Earth Moving Equipment
