Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) ???? Experience: 15+ Years Are you a seasoned finance leader with extensive experience in the mining or manufacturing industry? We are looking for an accomplished Deputy General Manager – Finance, Accounts & Taxation to lead the finance function for our mining operations in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Key Responsibilities Lead Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Treasury, and Cost Control functions. Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives. Drive budgeting, financial planning, MIS, forecasting, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, direct & indirect taxation, and corporate governance. Manage internal, statutory, and tax audits while ensuring timely compliance. Oversee ERP (preferably SAP) financial processes and master data management. Support senior leadership with strategic financial insights, business planning, and risk management. Mentor and develop high-performing finance teams. Candidate Profile ? Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. ? 15+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounts & Taxation. ? Prior experience in Mining or Manufacturing companies is mandatory. ? Strong knowledge of Financial Planning, Treasury, Costing, GST, TDS, Taxation, Company Law, and ERP systems (SAP preferred). ? Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills. ? Experience working in international or remote operational environments will be an added advantage. Why Join Us?
