Qualified Chartered Accountant (#CA) ? 8–12 years of relevant experience ? Experience in #Manufacturing or #Trading industries is mandatory ? Prior work experience in #Africa is mandatory ? Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and manage group-level consolidated financial statements. • Handle direct and indirect taxation, statutory compliance, tax assessments, and tax planning. • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, cost control, and overall financial performance. • Ensure robust audit, internal controls, risk management, and compliance practices. • Drive financial excellence while ensuring adherence to regional regulatory requirements. • Effectively represent the finance function in senior-level management discussions.
