Job Description : CFO KENYA 10-15 years experience Key Responsibilities: Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis to drive business growth. Partner with the CEO and leadership team to develop and execute commercial strategies. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring to ensure profitability. Manage relationships with investors, banks, and stakeholders, ensuring robust financial governance. Implement data-driven decision-making processes to improve cost efficiency and optimize margins. Provide leadership to finance, accounting, and procurement teams, fostering a high-performance culture. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or in a senior commercial finance role, preferably within the retail sector. Strong strategic and operational finance skills with a track record of driving profitability. Expertise in managing complex financial models, budgets, and forecasts. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with excellent stakeholder management skills. Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools. A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) are highly desirable.
