Project Head

Job Description : Project Head | Renewable Energy (Wind) | Gurgaon / Maharashtra We’re looking for a senior Project Leader who has successfully delivered 1 GW+ of utility-scale renewable energy projects, with strong hands-on experience in Wind project execution. Key Responsibilities: Lead the execution of utility-scale Wind and Solar projects. Manage project planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and project handover. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards. Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, vendors and internal stakeholders. Oversee transmission systems, substations, grid connectivity and statutory approvals. Monitor project schedules, costs, risks and resource utilization. Lead multi-location project teams and drive execution excellence. Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and regulatory requirements. Ideal Candidate: 25+ years of experience in renewable energy project execution. Strong preference for professionals with Wind project execution experience. Experience working with Renewable Developers, IPPs or EPC organizations. Strong leadership, stakeholder management and project delivery capabilities. Location: Gurgaon (Candidates based in Maharashtra and willing to stay at project sites will also be considered.)
