Job Description : Marketing Manager - PNG Expat Role in Country diverse company operating within the FMCG both retail, Foodservice and industrial food sectors within Papua New Guinea and growing export markets. Reporting into the National Sales Manager, this is a highly sought-after career position. You will be highly driven, have exceptional team motivational and management skills, and have previous FMCG Marketing and Sales experience. As a key member of the Leadership Group, you will be charged with the responsibility of development and execution of strategies to assist the organization in achieving maximum growth, profitability and increased market share. You will have direct accountability for product management, marketing communications, the client experience, new product development and service operations. To be successful in this key Management role you will have: 10+ years previous Sales and Marketing experience A proven track record of leading, monitoring and inspiring a team Demonstrated experience in performance management and employee matters and the ability to hold conversations in an outcome focused manner Attention to detail and experience in driving personal presentation standards, brand presentation and strong visual merchandising skills The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with people at all levels of a business though excellent and highly developed communication skills Be a trouble shooter with the ability to think outside the box by being flexible and adaptive in all situations The rare opportunity to be part of a growing business that has grown with great success in a short period of time and will continue to do so locally.
