Job Description : CFO SWEDEN The Group generates approximately SEK 350 million in annual revenue, employs 40 people, and operates through six legal entities across Europe and North America. We are entering an exciting phase focused on profitable growth, international expansion, and the continued development of Soft Goat and Malina as leading international fashion brands. About the Role As CFO, you will be a strategic partner to the CEO and Board of Directors. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong financial platform while actively driving business development, improving profitability, and supporting strategic growth initiatives across the Group. Key Responsibilities Financial management and Group reporting Budgeting, forecasting, and business planning Board and shareholder reporting Cash flow and working capital management Inventory optimization and cash flow analysis KPI development and commercial performance management Financing, banking relationships, and audit management Leadership and development of the finance function Strategic projects, international expansion, and value creation initiatives Who You Are We are looking for a finance leader who combines strong financial expertise with commercial insight and a hands-on mindset. You will likely have: At least 5 years of experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or in a senior finance leadership role Experience from fashion, retail, e-commerce, or another consumer-driven industry Experience working in international organizations with multiple legal entities Strong expertise in working capital management, inventory optimization, and profitability analysis Experience in private equity-backed companies, investor relations, and/or board reporting is considered a strong advantage As a person, you are analytical, proactive, and execution-oriented. You thrive in entrepreneurial environments where decisions are made quickly, expectations are high, and finance is a true business partner to the organization.
