Our client, a leading real estate developer in the UAE, is looking for an accomplished professional to lead the Project Planning & Controls function across a portfolio of landmark developments. Key Highlights: ? 20+ years of experience in Project Planning & Project Controls ? UAE-based candidates preferred ? Experience with leading Real Estate Developers is highly preferred ? PMC experience will be an added advantage ? Expertise in Project Planning, Project Controls, Digital Transformation, PMIS/System Implementation, Milestone Management & Portfolio Reporting ? Strong leadership with experience managing large residential projects
