Job Description : Procurement Manager | EPC | Abu Dhabi, UAE???? We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement Manager to join our team for a major EPC project in Abu Dhabi, UAE. ???? Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates ????? Industry: Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) | Oil & Gas ????? Arabic-speaking candidates are mandatory. ???? Must be available to join immediately. Key Requirements: ?? Minimum 18-20 years of experience in Procurement within EPC companies. ?? Proven experience managing procurement activities for large-scale Oil & Gas / EPC projects with previous involvement in ADNOC projects. ?? Strong understanding of ADNOC procurement procedures, vendor qualification, and project execution requirements. ?? Strong knowledge of procurement planning, sourcing, tendering, vendor management, contract administration, and supply chain management. ?? Experience with international and local suppliers, subcontractors, and procurement strategies. ?? Excellent negotiation and commercial management skills. ?? Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. ?? CIPS Level 4, 5, or 6 Diploma (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) ?? PMP (Project Management Professional) – Preferred ?? Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) – Preferred ?? Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) – Preferred ?? Certification in Contract Management or Commercial Management is an advantage
