Job Description : Chief Finance Officer (CFO) We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to lead the finance function in an integrated cement manufacturing company in East Africa. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. • Must have worked for a minimum of 5 years as a CFO in an Integrated cement manufacturing company. • Must have at least 3 credible work related references. • Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, treasury management, taxation, and statutory reporting. • Strong understanding of manufacturing finance, costing, and operational financial management. • Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or an equivalent Chartered Accountant certification (mandatory). • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is mandatory Leadership Competencies Excellent leadership and people management skills. • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct. • Proven ability to drive business performance through financial insights. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities. • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change effectively.
