Job Description : COMMERCIAL & CONTRACTS DIRECTOR DUBAI,UAE To oversee and manage all commercial, contractual, and financial aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. KEY REQUIREMENTS Minimum 18+ years of commercial and contracts experience with major contractors • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management Strong knowledge of FIDIC and contract administration • Proven experience managing claims, EOTs, variations and commercial risk Experience overseeing project cost control, forecasting and financial reporting • MRICS or equivalent professional qualification preferred Strong leadership experience managing commercial teams across multiple projects
