Job Description : HEAD OF TENDERING DUBAI,UAE Head of Tendering to join a leading engineering contractor based in Dubai. KEY REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 20+ years of experience with leading main contractors in the GCC • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering • Proven experience leading tendering and estimation departments Strong background pricing large scale building, infrastructure or industrial projects • Extensive knowledge of risk analysis, value engineering, bid strategy and commercial evaluation Experience reviewing contracts, managing tender submissions and negotiating with clients and consultants • Strong leadership skills with experience managing estimators and quantity surveyors
