Job Description : SECURITY HEAD CARIBBEAN ltra-luxury resort in the Caribbean is seeking an experienced Head of Security to lead and develop its security operations team. This is a key leadership role requiring a strong, professional leader capable of mentoring a large team while maintaining the highest standards of safety, discretion, and guest service within a luxury environment. ???? Required Attributes: • Proven leadership experience within the luxury hospitality or international security sector • Strong ability to lead, mentor, and develop large operational teams • Experience implementing and maintaining security procedures, safety standards, and incident response protocols • Professional, calm, and highly organized approach under pressure • Strong communication and leadership presence with the ability to work across departments • Prior military or police background is a strong asset • Caribbean or remote island experience preferred • Hands-on leadership style with strong operational oversight capabilities
