Job Description : Production Manager | Umm Al Quwain, UAE We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations for a leading personal care & hygiene products manufacturer. Must-Have: ? 10+ years of production experience in Paper, Packaging, Perfume, Tissue, Nonwoven, or Related Manufacturing ? Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization & quality systems ? Experience managing production teams, KPIs, productivity & wastage control ? Hands-on exposure to Lean Manufacturing, GMP, 5S & Continuous Improvement ? ERP knowledge and strong coordination with QA, Maintenance & Supply Chain Preferred: ? UAE manufacturing experience ? Immediate or short notice candidates
