Position: Head of Human Resources (HR Head) Salary: USD 12,000 per month + Attractive Expatriate Benefits Requirements Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience. MBA Degree from a Western educational institution only. Only Western Nationals required as the role will be relocated to US after 2 years Demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and HR transformation. Proven experience working closely with executive leadership and driving organizational growth. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
