Job Description : Head Captive Power Plant Projects EAST AFRICA Reportees : Direct: 2 Officers & Indirect: 4 officers and JET’s – 10 nos BE Mechanical ( Required Full time from Reputed Institute & through out first Division from 10th to BE) Required experience : 18-25 Years. Reporting to : Senior Vice President – Projects Captive Power plant Project and operational experience with coals based raw material. Planning and Execution, Leadership, Align to change, Innovation, Interpersonal skills, Problem Solving, Commercial Acumen, Analysis and Decision making. Purpose : To lead design, detailing and installation of captive power plant project for smooth startup. To ensure Operation and maintenance of the same to provide cost effective uninterrupted power. Responsibilities :- 1) Project preconstruction preparation 2) Ensure Correctness of specifications of all items as a part of basic design, selection of boiler and TG as per progressive need of site and optimized operational cost. 3) Timely completion of project
