Job Description : Group Commercial Director | Boutique Resort Company, South Pacific We are conducting an executive search for a Group Commercial Director on behalf of a boutique hospitality company operating a stunning collection of luxury resorts across the South Pacific. The role will lead the commercial direction of this well-established resort operator, developing and executing strategies that enhance revenue performance, expand market presence, and optimise returns across the group's diverse portfolio. The position will provide oversight of Sales, Marketing, Revenue Optimisation, Distribution, and Brand Management to deliver consistent business outcomes. Candidate Requirements: ?Prior experience in a similar senior commercial leadership role within a multi-property hospitality environment. ?Demonstrated commercial strategy leadership across hotel sales, pricing, revenue optimisation, marketing, and distribution ?A proven record of delivering revenue growth, market expansion, and improved commercial performance. ?Strong leadership capabilities with experience leading and developing cross-functional teams. ?Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. ?South Pacific experience is essential.
