Job Description : Manager – Commercial (Accounts & Finance) | Uganda ???? leading manufacturing organization in Uganda, is looking for a dynamic Manager – Commercial (Accounts & Finance) to lead the finance and commercial functions of its Oil Extraction Plant. ???? Net Savings: USD 3,000 – 3,500 per month Eligibility: Only Indian Nationals currently residing in India and willing to relocate overseas. Key Responsibilities: ? Financial Reporting & MIS ? Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost Control ? Commercial Finance & Profitability Analysis ? Treasury, Cash Flow & Working Capital Management ? Internal Controls, Statutory Compliance & Audits ? Inventory & Fixed Asset Management ? ERP-Based Financial Operations (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics) ? Team Leadership & Business Partnering Desired Profile: ? 10–15 years of Finance & Accounts experience ? Minimum 5 years in a managerial role ? Manufacturing, FMCG, Agribusiness, Edible Oil, or Process Industry experience preferred ? CA / CPA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent Finance qualification (MBA is an added advantage) ?
