Job Description : Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Biologics Industry: Biopharmaceuticals / Biologics BASEL SWTIZERLAND Open to International candidates • Ph.D. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field • 25+ years of experience in Biologics/Biopharmaceuticals industry • Minimum 5 years of experience as CEO or equivalent senior leadership role • Strong exposure to regulated biologics manufacturing and global markets • Proven expertise in P&L management, business growth, strategic leadership, and organizational transformation Key Responsibilities: • Lead overall business strategy and operations • Drive growth, profitability, and global market expansion • Oversee Business Development, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain functions • Build high-performing teams and foster a culture of innovation and excellence
