Job Description : Head – Facility Management & Business Development UAE We are looking for an experienced Head – Facility Management & Business Development to lead our Facility Management vertical. Key Responsibilities: ???? Lead end-to-end facility management operations across multiple client sites. ???? Conduct site visits to ensure service quality, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. ???? Identify opportunities to improve facility operations and recommend value-added solutions to clients. ???? Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring SLA compliance. ???? Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, participating in client meetings, and supporting tenders and proposals. ???? Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency. 18+ years of experience in Integrated Facility Management (IFM). ???? Proven experience in managing client sites and business development. ???? Strong understanding of facility operations, client management, and contract management. ????
