This is a unique leadership opportunity for an experienced professional who is ready to shape strategy, drive international growth, and build a high-performing trading organization. Lead and expand the Polymer Trading Division Develop procurement and international trading strategies Drive commercial growth across Africa and Asia Strengthen supplier and customer relationships Lead market development and business expansion initiatives Build and mentor a high-performing multicultural team Optimize supply chain performance and profitability Minimum 10 years of experience in polymer trading Strong expertise in HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PP, and Engineering Plastics Proven international trading experience Established supplier and customer network Strong negotiation and commercial leadership skills Experience leading teams and driving business growth Fluent in English MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification International business exposure Experience managing multicultural teams We are looking for a visionary leader—not simply an experienced trader—who is capable of building and leading an international polymer trading business for the next phase of growth.
