Job Description : PHARMA PLANT HEAD CANADA Open to International candidates B.Pharm/ M.Pharm / B.Tech (Pharmaceutical/Chemical) MBA (Operations) will be an added advantage. Experience: 20-25+ Years We are seeking an experienced Operations Head to lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations of our pharmaceutical facility. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing, including Tablets and Capsules, along with exposure to Liquid Orals, External Preparations, Nutraceuticals, and Cosmetics. The role requires strong leadership in production planning, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and cross-functional coordination. • Operations Management • Lead complete plant operations and manufacturing activities. • Ensure achievement of monthly production targets. • Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization. • Monitor daily production performance and plant KPIs. •Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials. Required Skills • Strong expertise in OSD Manufacturing (Tablets & Capsules) • Knowledge of Liquid Orals, External Preparations, Nutraceuticals, and Cosmetics • Production Planning & Inventory Management • GMP, WHO-GMP, Schedule M, USFDA, MHRA & EU-GMP compliance • Process Validation & Cleaning Validation Lean Manufacturing Cost Control • Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & CAPA ? Team Leadership & People Management ?ERP/SAP knowledge preferred • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
