Job Description : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location: Delhi/NCR * Maximum CTC: ?2 Crore per annum * Final compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience, credentials, and overall fit. *Objective* Identify a high-caliber CFO who can drive the organization’s financial strategy, governance, compliance, capital allocation, and long-term value creation while partnering closely with the MD and Board. * Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). * 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles. * Current or recent CFO / Group CFO / Finance Director / Head of Finance in a large organization. * Mandatory experience in a listed company (NSE/BSE) with strong exposure to: * SEBI regulations and listing compliance * Board and Audit Committee presentations * Corporate governance * Quarterly and annual financial reporting * Investor relations * Strong expertise in: * Financial planning & analysis * Treasury and cash flow management * Taxation * Internal controls * Statutory and internal audits * Budgeting and forecasting * Risk management * Demonstrated experience in leading large finance teams and driving business performance. * Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience: * Experience in Manufacturing, Metals, Engineering, Automotive, Industrial, or Process Industries. * Exposure to multi-location or multinational operations. * Experience in M&A, fund raising, business restructuring, IPO/FPO, or strategic investments. * Experience with ERP transformation and digital finance initiatives. * Proven experience working closely with promoters, Board of Directors, and institutional investors. Preference should be given to candidates from reputed listed organizations in Manufacturing, Metals, Engineering, Automotive, Industrial Products, Infrastructure, or similar sectors with revenues exceeding ?5,000 crore++
