Job Description : Head of Projects & New Initiatives PAN EUROPE Open to International candidates A leading healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Head of Projects & New Initiatives to lead strategic expansion, infrastructure development, and operational transformation projects. This leadership role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in project execution, facility development, and stakeholder management within the healthcare or hospital industry. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of expansion projects, facility development, and operational upgrades. Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Monitor project progress to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery. Oversee infrastructure planning, facility setup, equipment procurement, installation, and commissioning. Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities. Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and accreditation standards. Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Drive process improvement, automation initiatives, and operational excellence. Prepare feasibility studies, business cases, project reports, and presentations for senior management. Lead and mentor project teams while ensuring the successful operational readiness of new facilities. Requirements ? Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline. ? 25+ years of project management experience, including leadership roles. ? Proven experience managing infrastructure, expansion, or facility development projects. ? Strong leadership, stakeholder management, budgeting, and project execution skills. ? Knowledge of regulatory compliance, reporting, and change management. ? Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
