This Director of Sales & Marketing role can be largely remote with regular travel, overseeing sales and marketing for one of the most awarded resorts in the Middle East, renowned for its exceptional service, wellbeing and sustainability. We need someone with demonstrable experience building, developing and leading high-performing teams, with a strong track record of driving revenue and engaging HNWI travellers globally. This is a genuinely strategic role, with ownership of the commercial outcomes that drive major financial performance.
