Position: Factory Manager (Senior Management) We are looking for a highly experienced Factory Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring product quality, optimizing production efficiency, and maintaining the highest safety standards. ???? Key Responsibilities ? Lead end-to-end factory operations to ensure smooth production and on-time delivery (OTIF >99%) ? Maintain high product quality while minimizing scrap rates (<6%) ? Drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) above 85% across all production lines ? Manage production planning, maintenance, procurement, and cost optimization initiatives ? Ensure compliance with BRC, ISO, and Health & Safety standards ? Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing production teams ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives ???? Requirements ? 12–15+ years of experience in manufacturing or production management ? Strong experience in the Packaging Manufacturing Industry ? Hands-on knowledge of ERP and production planning systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 AX) ? Proven leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities ? Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices ? Engineering degree required; a Master's degree is an added advantage
