Job Description : *Plant Manager – Operations** ### **Key Requirements:** ? Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering ? Minimum **20+ years** of Operations & Maintenance experience in the Oil & Gas/Process Industry ? Minimum **10 years** in a leadership role ? **Mandatory hands-on experience in Ammonia Plant Operations** ? Strong knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM), HSE, and Plant Operations ? Proven expertise in plant reliability, preventive maintenance, uninterrupted production, and operational excellence ? Experience in SOP development, emergency response, budget management, and team leadership ? Working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems ?
