Job Description : Production Manager ???? Location: Nigeria, West Africa 15+ years experience ????? Oversee end-to-end production operations including printing, lamination, extrusion, converting, labeling, and packaging. ???? Drive production efficiency, quality, and machine utilization. ???? Lead production teams, manage shift operations, and optimize workforce productivity. ?? Minimize downtime, wastage, and operational losses through process improvements. ???? Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Planning teams for seamless operations. ????? Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and manufacturing best practices. ???? Analyze production reports and implement effective corrective actions. ???? Optimize raw material utilization while controlling production costs. ???? Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence across the plant. ? Requirements ?? Strong experience in Flexible Packaging Manufacturing (Mandatory). ?? Hands-on expertise in printing, lamination, extrusion, converting, labeling, and packaging. ?? Experience managing large production teams and factory operations. ?? Strong production planning, leadership, and problem-solving skills. ?? Knowledge of ERP systems and production reporting is an added advantage.
