Job Description : Head of Supply Chain Management (SCM) – Richeese Factory Indonesia Are you a strategic Supply Chain leader with a passion for driving operational excellence and digital transformation? Richeese Factory Indonesia is looking for an experienced Head of Supply Chain Management (SCM) to lead our end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution across procurement, planning, logistics, inventory, and distribution. This role will play a critical part in strengthening our supply chain capabilities to support rapid business growth while ensuring efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence. What we're looking for: ? 12+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. ? Strong background in the QSR, Food & Beverage, Retail, FMCG, or Food Manufacturing industry. ? Proven experience leading end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution. ? Hands-on experience driving digital transformation, supply chain automation, ERP implementation, and data-driven decision making. ? Strong business acumen with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. ? Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
