Position: Manager – Internal Audit (Hotel Operations & Efficiency) ???? Qualification: CA / CIA / CPA / ACCA or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or related field ???? Experience: 8–12 Years in Internal Audit, Operational Audit, Hotel Audit, or Hospitality Finance Key Responsibilities ? Conduct operational and financial audits across hotel properties to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. ? Review hotel operations, SOP adherence, internal controls, and risk management processes. ? Evaluate revenue assurance processes including room revenue, F&B operations, banquets, and other income streams. ? Identify operational inefficiencies, control gaps, revenue leakages, and recommend corrective actions. ? Audit procurement, inventory, stores, cash handling, and asset management processes. ? Assess compliance with statutory regulations, internal policies, and hospitality best practices. ? Prepare audit reports with practical recommendations and track implementation of corrective actions. ? Support fraud investigations, special audits, and risk assessment assignments. ? Collaborate with hotel management teams to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen internal controls. ? Lead and mentor audit teams while maintaining audit quality and professional standards. Requirements ? CA / CIA / CPA / ACCA or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or related field. ? 8–12 years of experience in Internal Audit, Operational Audit, or Hospitality Audit. ? Strong experience in hotel operations auditing, revenue audits, F&B audits, and operational efficiency reviews. ? Sound knowledge of internal controls, risk management, compliance, and audit methodologies. ? Experience with hotel management systems, ERP platforms, and financial reporting tools. ? Strong analytical, investigative, report-writing, and stakeholder management skills. ? Experience auditing multiple hotel properties or hospitality groups will be highly preferred. ? International or Africa experience will be an added advantage.
