API Operations Manager

Job Description : API Operations Manager – Abu Dhabi ???? Drilltech is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our API manufacturing (API 6A/16A/16C/7-1/5CT), repair, and ASME fabrication facility in Abu Dhabi. This is a key leadership role acting as the critical bridge between Sales and Production — driving cost validation, delivery schedules, production feasibility, and full compliance with API, ASME, QA/QC, and HSE standards. What you'll own: ? End-to-end manufacturing planning & scheduling ? Cost estimation, budgeting & production capacity planning ? Quality, safety & compliance across the facility ? Team leadership, performance management & staff development ? Monthly reporting on productivity, revenue & inventory ? New product line development & customer-facing quotes What we're looking for: ???? 10+ years relevant API industry experience ???? 5+ years in a manufacturing management role ???? Strong grasp of both traditional and modern manufacturing technology ???? Broad experience across purchasing, materials, QA, HSE, P&L & inventory ???? A strategic thinker with strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills
