Job Description : Chief Executive Officer (CEO) | Nigeria (Expat Role) We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a leading organization based in Nigeria. This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished leader with a strong blend of Finance, Commercial, and Business Leadership experience gained within the Manufacturing or Agri-Trading sectors. Key Requirements: ? Proven experience in a CEO, Managing Director, Country Head, or Business Unit Leadership role ? Strong background in Finance and Sales/Commercial Management ? Experience driving business growth, profitability, and operational excellence ? Prior exposure to Manufacturing and/or Agricultural Trading businesses ? Demonstrated ability to lead large, multicultural teams and manage P&L responsibility ? Expertise in strategic planning, business expansion, stakeholder management, and performance improvement ? Experience working in emerging markets, preferably Africa, will be highly advantageous Key Responsibilities: ???? Drive overall business strategy and growth initiatives ???? Lead commercial, finance, operations, and supply chain functions ???? Enhance profitability, market share, and operational efficiencies ???? Build and maintain key relationships with customers, suppliers, financial institutions, and government stakeholders ????
