Operations Head

Job Description : Operations Head JAMAICA Integrated Facility Management Services (IFMS) will be responsible for the end-to-end management of IFMS operations across assigned client locations in region, ensuring service excellence, statutory compliance, client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability while leading multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day IFMS operations across multiple client sites. Ensure seamless delivery of Housekeeping, Technical Services, Horticulture, Pest Control, Security coordination, Waste Management, and Soft Services as per SLA/KPI commitments. Conduct regular site inspections, quality audits, and compliance reviews. Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular review meetings and prompt issue resolution. . Lead, mentor, and develop Site Managers, Supervisors, and operational teams. Control operational costs while achieving budget and profitability targets. . Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and management presentations. Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, productivity, and resource optimization. Ensure timely recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of operational manpower. Coordinate with HR, Procurement, Finance, Stores, and Vendor Management teams. . Drive continuous improvement initiatives, innovation, and digital adoption in operations. Ensure preventive maintenance schedules and asset management processes are implemented effectively. Handle emergency situations and provide effective incident management. Support business development during site surveys, mobilization, and transition of new projects. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree (Engineering/Management preferred) ? Excellent negotiation and conflict? • Team building and coaching Experience 18+ years of experience in Integrated Facility Management. • Minimum 3-5 years in managing large multi-site IFMS operations. • Experience handling corporate offices, commercial complexes, industrial facilities, healthcare, educational institutions, or retail facilities. • Experience managing teams of 300+ employees is preferred.
