Job Description : Head of Human Resources UAE 20-25 Years experience preferably in retail This is an onsite leadership role based in Taguig, reporting directly to the President, and responsible for leading the organization's people strategy, enterprise-wide transformation, and organizational effectiveness agenda. We are particularly interested in speaking with professionals who have experience in: • HR leadership within retail, FMCG, consumer health, retail or multi-site organizations • Organizational transformation, organizational design, capability building, and change management • Workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, and leadership development • Developing learning strategies that strengthen leadership and organizational capabilities • Building high-performance cultures, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness • Leading Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, HR Operations, HRIS, and Governance Developing HR policies, governance frameworks, and people practices aligned with business strategy • Compensation & Benefits strategy, performance management, and workforce productivity initiatives • Leading and developing high-performing HR teams in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment
