Job Description : CEO BAHRAIN Multi-Specialty Hospital CEO for a leading multi-specialty hospital in Bhubaneswar to drive its next phase of growth. If you're a healthcare leader who has run hospital operations end-to-end — owned the P&L, built clinical and administrative teams, and scaled bed capacity or service lines — this could be your next big mandate. What you'll own: ???? Overall strategic direction and P&L for the hospital ???? Growth planning — new specialties, bed expansion, revenue diversification ???? Clinical governance, quality, and NABH compliance ???? Doctor recruitment, retention, and specialist empanelment ???? Insurance/TPA and government scheme partnerships (Ayushman Bharat, BSKY) ???? Leading the senior leadership team — Medical Superintendent, COO, CFO, Nursing Head What we're looking for: ? 15+ years in hospital administration, with 5+ years as CEO/COO/Unit Head ? MBBS/MD/MS + MBA/MHA, or strong MBA with deep hospital ops experience ? Track record managing 100+ bed facilities ? Strong grip on healthcare regulatory and insurance ecosystem
