Production Manager

Job Description : Production Manager ???? Location: Nigeria, West Africa ???? Key Responsibilities ???? Oversee end-to-end production operations including printing, lamination, extrusion, converting, labeling, and packaging. ???? Drive production efficiency, quality, and machine utilization. ???? Lead production teams, manage shift operations, and optimize workforce productivity. ?? Minimize downtime, wastage, and operational losses through process improvements. ???? Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Planning teams for seamless operations. ????? Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and manufacturing best practices. ???? Analyze production reports and implement effective corrective actions. ???? Optimize raw material utilization while controlling production costs. ???? Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence across the plant. ? Requirements ?? 7–15 years of experience in Flexible Packaging Manufacturing (Mandatory). ?? Age up to 45 years. ?? Hands-on expertise in printing, lamination, extrusion, converting, labeling, and packaging. ?? Experience managing large production teams and factory operations. ?? Strong production planning, leadership, and problem-solving skills. ?? Knowledge of ERP systems and production reporting is an added advantage.
