Industry: FMCG / Food Manufacturing A senior leadership opportunity for a commercially strong operations leader to drive business growth, profitability, manufacturing excellence, and market expansion within the food manufacturing sector. Role Overview Lead business operations, commercial performance, supply chain, production, quality, sales, and transformation with full P&L ownership. Key Responsibilities • Drive revenue growth, NPAT, margin improvement, and market share expansion • Lead sales, distribution, dealer networks, and route to market execution • Oversee procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and quality standards • Build high performing teams across operations, sales, supply chain, and support functions • Strengthen governance, digitalization, reporting, and operational excellence Candidate Profile • Degree in Business, Agriculture, Food Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, Marketing, or related field • MBA or Master’s degree will be an advantage • 15 years of leadership experience with strong FMCG, food manufacturing, or commodity sector exposure Skills & Competencies • Commercial and financial acumen • Strategic thinking and people leadership • Accountability, resilience, and results focus
