Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices ? Expertise in talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, and employee relations ? Experience in compensation & benefits, performance management, and HR compliance ? Strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills ?
