Job Description : SENIOR PROCUREMENT MANAGER UAE Develop and implement strategic sourcing and procurement strategies. Lead complex procurement activities across multiple spend categories. Drive category management initiatives and procurement transformation. Manage end-to-end tendering, RFP and supplier evaluation processes. Lead supplier relationship management and contract negotiations. Deliver commercial value through cost optimisation and strategic sourcing. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements. Analyse procurement spend, market trends and supplier performance. Ensure governance, compliance and procurement best practice. Lead, coach and develop procurement teams while driving continuous improvement. Requirements Approximately 12+ years of procurement experience. Demonstrated leadership of procurement strategy and category management. Experience leading teams and managing complex procurement programmes. Healthcare procurement experience is strongly preferred. Experience in hospitals, healthcare authorities, healthcare supply chain, medical devices, pharmaceuticals or healthcare shared services. Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Experience with ERP systems and procurement technologies. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement or a related discipline. Professional procurement certifications (CIPS, CPSM or equivalent) are advantageous.
