Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in the fitness, gym, retail, hospitality, or other consumer-facing multi-site businesses will be given strong preference. We are seeking a commercially minded and forward-thinking Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology strategy of a rapidly expanding fitness brand in the UAE. This is a pivotal executive leadership role responsible for driving digital transformation, AI adoption, systems integration, cybersecurity, business intelligence, and technology innovation while creating an exceptional digital experience for both members and employees. What We're Looking For ? Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. ? 10+ years of technology leadership experience. ? Proven success leading digital transformation and enterprise systems integration projects. ? Strong expertise in AI, automation, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and data analytics. ? Experience within multi-site, consumer-facing, or high-growth organizations. ? Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align technology strategy with business growth. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute the company's technology and digital transformation strategy. • Build a fully integrated technology ecosystem across operations, finance, HR, marketing, CRM, and membership platforms. • Lead AI and automation initiatives to improve productivity and operational efficiency. • Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, business continuity, and technology governance. • Drive the evolution of the mobile app and digital member experience. • Develop company-wide business intelligence dashboards and data-driven reporting. • Partner with executive leadership to support business expansion and new locations. • Lead the Tech roadmap, enabling personalized customer engagement and digital growth through integrated technology solutions.
