Job Description : CEO INDIA Leading Manufacturing. Driving Sales. Delivering Profitable Growth. leading automotive organization to identify a chief executive / chief business officer who can lead the next phase of business transformation and growth. Reporting directly to the Board / Executive Leadership, the incumbent will assume end-to-end responsibility for the business across India and the MENA region, with complete ownership of P&L, sales, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial strategy, distribution, customer experience, and business expansion. • Lead the overall business with full accountability for P&L performance across India and MENA. • Drive profitable revenue growth through robust sales, dealer network development, channel strategy, and commercial excellence. • Lead manufacturing operations, ensuring world-class quality, productivity, cost optimization, and operational efficiency. • Develop and execute long-term business strategies to expand market share, strengthen competitive positioning, and unlock new growth opportunities. • Build a high-performance organization by leading cross-functional teams across sales, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, product, after-sales, and finance. • Drive business transformation initiatives, digital adoption, customer-centric innovation, and operational excellence. • Strengthen strategic partnerships while fostering a culture of accountability, execution excellence, and continuous improvement. #IdealProfile ? 20+ years of progressive leadership experience within the automotive or mobility ecosystem. ? Demonstrated success in leading large-scale sales and manufacturing businesses with complete P&L ownership. ? Strong experience in Passenger Vehicles, Commercial Vehicles, Electric Vehicles, or Automotive Components. ? Proven track record of driving business growth across India ? Expertise in Sales Leadership, Manufacturing Excellence, Commercial Strategy, Distribution, Supply Chain, Business Transformation, and Market Expansion. ?
